Mold is a fungus that grows in damp environments and can be found both inside and outside your home. Mold produces spores that float through the air as it grows.

Mold examinations are necessary because some varieties of mold can affect you and your family's health. It is highly advised that you hire a professional inspection. 

We will do a thorough top to bottom inspection looking for signs, immediate onsite sampling for potential likelihood MOLD, and provide precise Lab results.

Prior to the Mold Inspection leave all doors and windows closed, especially in areas suspected of MOLD for up to 24 hours, especially two hours prior to the inspection. Outside entrances can be used but close them immediately. This will give the Lab a more accurate analysis.
